The development (Phase 1) at Knockavilla National School involved the construction of new rear extension (link corridor, disabled toilet, sanitary facilities, stores and general purpose room and modification/renovation of existing main hall into Special Education classroom, staff/medical room, main office, store room and network/utilty room.
Fortress Planning successful obtained both Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates for the overall development. Fortress Planning also managed the first phase of the project through to ‘sign off’ as both Assigned Designers and Assigned Certifiers.
