The project involved Rear Extension to Existing National School and all associated works.
- Rear Extension Works and Construction of new rear extension containing new mainstream classroom, 1 x learning support rooms, circulation/connecting corridor and new Assisted User Shower/Toilet (renovation and extension to existing stores)
- Construction of new disability access ramps and steps
- Waste Management and Disposal of all demolition material
- Civil / Drainage / Ground Works
- New foul water drainage system (related to new extension(s)) to be laid and connected to existing public sewer mains)
- New surface water drainage system (related to new extension(s)) to be laid and connected to new soakaway to rear of the existing school
- All associated civil works including drainage, surface water and foul water works o Footpath, tarmacadam surfacing and remedial works
