Fortress Planning was formed in 2004 by Chartered Building Surveyor Brigid Browne, MSc, BSc, MSCSI, MRICS, MIEI. It became limited in 2007 and since then it has grown its construction and property services offering.

Fortress Planning is a one-stop-shop for construction projects from concept to completion. We make planning, FSC & DAC submissions, including full and detailed designs. We inspect and sign off works. We fulfil the roles of Designer and Assigned Certifier. We also consult in the field of Building Conservation.
